West Hartford, Conn., April 13, 2009: AdVenture Marketing Communications, an advertising and marketing services consultancy founded in August of 2006, announced today that it is changing its name to Rice Communications. This rebranding also marks a renewed focus on serving the distinctive business-to-business marketing needs of clients in the manufacturing sector.
“It’s no secret that the industrial marketplace is feeling enormous pressure right now,” said Cheryl Rice, founder and president of Rice Communications. “It is my goal to help these businesses allocate their dwindling marketing budgets wisely. No one can afford to waste money on ad hoc projects without a clear goal – certainly not in this environment.”
Rice’s background gives her unique insight into the needs of business-to-business clients, particularly those in industrial manufacturing. After launching her career in broadcasting, she transitioned into corporate communications in 1997. She worked for several years in marketing roles for Kaman Industrial Technologies and Loctite Corporation before founding AdVenture in 2006.
“It has been my pleasure collaborate with my strategic partners to serve the marketing communications needs of AdVenture’s clients for the past two-and-a-half years,” she continued. “That is not going to change. Rather, this rebranding marks a renewed commitment to providing personalized consulting and strategic planning services.
